The City and Borough of Juneau Community Development Department will host an informational public meeting via Zoom on Friday, Oct. 13 at 3 p.m. to discuss how to apply for Community Development Block Grants.
Each year, CBJ is eligible to sponsor a local project for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Community Development Block Grant Program, facilitated through the State of Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development. CDBG competitive grants are single-purpose project grants with a maximum of $850,000 per community.
CBJ will review local applications and recommend one eligible project to the Assembly for approval to compete for state funding.

Applications are due on Monday, Oct. 23, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. AKDT.
