Juneau, Alaska (KINY) – On 11/27/2023, at about 11:53 a.m., staff from the Riverview Senior Living facility reported finding Nathan Bishop in the attic of the building. Bishop is alive and currently with his family.

On 11/25/2023, at about 6:24 p.m., 58-year-old Juneau resident, Nathan Wilder Bishop, was reported missing from his residence on Clinton Drive, at the Riverview Senior Living facility. Bishop was last seen at about 5:00 p.m., that same day. It was reported that Bishop is physically able, but suffers from Parkinson’s and dementia. Bishop may also become tired after some time, and sit or lie down in areas, rather than seek help. Bishop is described as a white male, about 6 feet tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a brown t-shirt and grey joggers. Bishop also wears glasses and was believed not to be wearing a coat at the time he went missing.
