SBA Disaster Loan Outreach Center now open at Dimond Park Aquatic Center

The U.S Small Business Administration has opened a Disaster Loan Outreach Center at Dimond Park Aquatic Center (3045 Dimond Park Loop) from October 10 through October 24 to assist residents and businesses affected by the August Mendenhall River glacier outburst flooding.

At the center, SBA customer service representatives will be on hand to answer questions about SBA’s federal low-interest disaster loan program, explain the application process and help each individual complete their application.

The center is open the following hours:

Mondays – Fridays, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Saturdays, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The center will be open on Wednesday, October 18, Alaska Day from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The center will close on Tuesday, October 24, at 6 p.m.

On Friday, October 6, SBA announced that low-interest federal disaster loans are available to Alaska businesses and residents affected by the flooding.
