A Georgia man pulled over on I-30 in Miller County is in federal custody. 51 year old Mark Oliver was stopped by an Arkansas State trooper October 10th for following too closely behind another car. Oliver said he was travelling from Houston to Indianapolis but only had a backpack, which the trooper found suspicious. A search of his rental car turned up 30 pounds of cocaine in the trunk.
