Another Darlene Taylor wall mural is coming to Texarkana.

Another Darlene Taylor wall mural is coming to Texarkana. This one will be next to the Perot Theatre depicting Otis Williams, a founding member of the Temptations. Earlier this year Taylor completed a mural on the north side of Texarkana Media Center.
