Arkansas public schools got their report cards last week; three schools in the Hope district and three in Prescott received Ds.  Clinton primary moved from a C last year to a B this year.  Hope superintendent Jonathon Crossley says the district is making progress, noting all four schools had improved scores and his district’s  graduation rate is above the statewide average.
