An anonymous tip last week led to the arrest of 52 year old Angela Argo of Texarkana. She is charged with felony leaving the scene of an accident in connection with a hit-and-run accident last month. The body of 51 year old Ralph Beasley was found on December 17th near Ida and Prospect Streets; he allegedly died on the 12th.
