The city of Texarkana is hosting a free vaccination clinic for dogs and cats this Saturday morning. Pets must be in a carrier or on a leash. “Bark at the Park” will be held from 9 to Noon in the dog park pavilion at Spring Lake Park and additional vaccinations will be available for a fee.
