Later this month, the City of Texarkana, Texas, is broadening the scope of its annual health fair to encompass total wellness education.

The aim is to furnish resources pertaining to mental, physical, financial, and spiritual health. Organizers anticipate a significant turnout and have extended the hours to cater to people of all age groups.

Central to the event is the promotion of holistic wellness encompassing mental, physical, and emotional well-being. With up to 100 vendors participating, the expo will offer workshops covering diverse topics such as financial literacy, fraud prevention, mental health awareness, and nutrition.

Vendors still have the opportunity to register, with the deadline set for Friday.

Scheduled for April 30 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center, the Total Health and Wellness Expo is open to the public free of charge.
