Cooper Tire Employees approved a new 4 year con tract with the Goodyear tire and rubber company. The vote took place last Friday from 6am until 8 pm. USW 752L’s 1500 members approved a 4 percent pay increase by a 83 percent majority.
The previous contract expired last year but was extended with the change of ownership to Goodyear Tire and Rubber. in The new contract goes into effect in two weeks.
