Jury selection begins Today at the federal courthouse in downtown Texarkana for a counter-suit filed by Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones against Alexandra Davis, who claims to be his daughter.

A large crowd is anticipated for the high-profile trial. The district court has not commented on security measures.

Jones is suing Davis for breaching a contract that allegedly prevents her from publicly discussing his paternity. This contract was reportedly signed by Davis’ mother, Cynthia, in 1998.

Jones filed the counter-suit after Davis’s defamation suit, which claimed he was her father, was dismissed last March. The trial is set to start on Monday, with Jones expected to testify.

The suit alleges that Davis received about $1.9 million from Jones throughout her childhood. Jones denies being her father.
