Four people were arrested last week when Miller County narcotics officers executed search warrants and seized narcotics and stolen property from three locations in Fouke. Brandon Roberts of Fouke is charged with possession of a controlled substance while Texarkana residents Jermaine Whitley and Vanita Aaron, along with Terri Halliburton of Fouke, are charged with maintaining drug premises, drug paraphernalia possession and possession with intent to deliver. Whitley also faces a gun charge.
