Miller County deputies have arrested four people in connection with a residential burglary this week. Blain Miller and Heather Latham were arrested following a traffic stop on highway 71; Kyle Bradley and Haley Williams were arrested a short time later at a local business. All four allegedly were armed when they broke into a residence on county road 9 on Tuesday
