A local nonprofit is giving $12,000 to the Miller County Sheriff’s Office for K-9 officers, something the department hasn’t had for 14 years.  The ArkLaTex 100 Club’s main goal is fundraising for dependents of first responders lost in the line of duty and its secondary mission is to provide funding to emergency agencies for non-budgeted items.
