The heat is not working in about 43 of the 130 units of Robison Terrace, but the problem has been identified and parts for repairs have been ordered, according to management.
“We do have some issues with the heating in some of our units,” said Antonio Williams, CEO of Village Communities. “We have ordered the materials needed for repairs and have provided alternatives for the residents affected.”
Williams said space heaters are being provided to those who want to stay in their apartments. Residents also have the option to temporarily relocate to a hotel paid for by Village Communities.
