Hope police have arrested three people on charges of kidnapping and fleeing. 38-year-old Lacey O’Dell, 33-year-old Clayton Vaughan and 40-year-old Michael Fryar allegedly forced a 20-year-old woman into a vehicle Saturday morning. The victim apparently knew the suspects; she is safe, and authorities believe the kidnapping was the result of a domestic disturbance. Vaughan is also charged with possession of a controlled substance.
