The Texas Department of Transportation will be closing the eastbound lanes of Interstate 30 for highway repair. Beginning tonight from 8 PM until 6 AM, the workers will do repairs at the westbound I-30/I-369/US 59 interchange. This nighttime work requires closing the westbound lanes of Interstate 30 from approximately mile 222 between Summerhill Road and Cowhorn Creek, to mile 220 between University and Kings Highway. The westbound frontage road will remain open. All Interstate 30 westbound traffic will be exit at Exit 220B Richmond Road exit. Traffic will re-enter westbound Interstate 30 between University and Kings Highway. If you need to use the I 369 US59 exit, you will need to travel the westbound frontage road to University Ave. and take the U-Turn bridge to the eastbound frontage road to the I-369/US 59 entrance ramp. The Interstate 30 closures for this work are scheduled for Wednesday and Thursday nights from 8 pm until 6 am. The road construction is dependent on good weather.
