On Friday a jury in New Boston sentenced a Texarkana teenager to life in prison. Kevonte Collins was 16 when he shot and killed two 18 year olds, DeAngelo Handy and Rickalon Young, two years ago. A 17-year old victim was shot in the neck but survived. A witness told investigators that Collins shot the three because he believed they had set him up to be robbed.
