Matthew Cooper, 34, of Foreman, Arkansas was traveling north on State Highway 41 near the State Highway 234 intersection when he lost control of his 1998 Ford and struck a tree. The accident occurred at 3:30pm, and Cooper was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the fatality report from the Arkansas State Police.
