A Little River County woman is charged with felony theft for allegedly misusing more than $5,000 in funds raised by the Foreman Band Booster Club.
The Little River County Sheriff’s Office arrested Tiffany Marie Sanders, 39, and charged her Tuesday in Little River County Circuit Court, of theft greater than $5,000 and less than $25,000.
Sanders is free on a $2,500 bond, and an arraignment is scheduled for Dec. 19th.
