A man has been arrested after charred human remains were found in his home. Marvin Bray is being held in the McCurtain County Jail in Idabel, with several charges pending, according to the McCurtain County Sheriff’s Office.The remains were discovered Thursday during a search for a missing person.
The remains have been collected by the Oklahoma State Medical Examiner’s Office and will be analyzed for identification and compared to all reported and active missing person cases.
Deputies made contact with Bray, the owner of the property, and he was taken into custody.
