On Tuesday, August 13, 2024, Miller County Sheriff’s Deputy Kendall Nichols arrested Tony Potts on a felony warrant. Potts is charged with Theft of Property over $25,000 after an investigation by the Miller County Criminal Investigation Division (CID).
The investigation began following multiple complaints against Potts, accusing him of failing to deliver services, withholding vehicles, and not providing refunds for incomplete work.
Potts is being held at the Miller County Detention Center with a bond set at $25,000.
