The Miller County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Ricky Lowe.

Mr. Lowe is wanted for Delivery of Fentanyl.

Ricky Lowe is a 56 year old black male. He is 5 foot 10 inches tall and 240 pounds. He is bald with brown eyes and lives at 1107 Prince St in Texarkana Arkansas.
