The Miller County Sheriff’s Office are looking for Vincent Ray Williams III. Vincent is a 17 year old black male who was born on August 2 2006. Vincent was last seen at his home at 104 Prince Dr. in Garland City Arkansas on June 25th at 6:30 PM. He is 6’1’ 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He has locks in his hair that have red and orange in them. Vincent was last seen wearing a black shirt, black pants with rips in them, and gray crocs.
