Texarkana’s first DG market opened this week on East Ninth Street. About half the size of a typical grocery story but twice as big as a regular Dollar General, the market offers perishable food items, produce, meat, dairy and frozen foods. Dollar General has nearly 20,000 stores in the United States and Mexico.
