Texarkana police have arrested two parents after the death of their 5-year-old son. Officers responded to a call Friday about a child not breathing on Nichols Drive. They found the boy unresponsive and began CPR, but he was later pronounced dead at the hospital.
On Saturday, the boy’s father, Terry Robinson, was charged with capital murder and given a $5 million bond. His mother, Destiny Culvahouse, faces charges of injury to a child with a $1 million bond. Both are in custody at the Bi-State Justice Center.
