Police in Hope are searching for 19-year-old Marcus Floyd Jr. of Texarkana, Arkansas, suspected of shooting a man late Sunday night.
Officers responded to a shooting on South Elm Street around 9:25 p.m. They found a man with a gunshot wound to his leg. The victim was taken to a hospital and is in stable condition.
A warrant has been issued for Floyd, who is facing multiple charges including first-degree battery, a terroristic act, and unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle. He is described as 5’8″ tall, weighing 120 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair.
Floyd is considered armed and dangerous. Police urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to call 911
