A Nash teenager accused of capital murder will have his next day in court next month. 18 year old Cesar Olalde is accused of shooting his parents, older sister and younger brother in May. He said they were cannibals and were going to eat him. Olalde pleaded not guilty in June and a pretrial hearing is scheduled for November.
And a man charged with aggravated child sexual abuse will have his prerial hearing on December 4th. 31 year old Cody Blake Barnes was arrested last month. He is jailed with bonds totaling $400,000 and faces up to life in prison if convicted. His wife, 31 year old Brittany Michelle Barnes, is charged with child endangerment for allegedly telling one of the victims to keep quiet.
