The Randy Sams Outreach Shelter is calling on the Texarkana community for donations to help provide a Thanksgiving meal for homeless and less fortunate residents. The shelter needs turkeys, hams, potatoes, and other traditional holiday foods, along with paper products and to-go containers. They also welcome donations of new cold-weather items, such as socks and warm clothing, as winter approaches.
