60 year old Ray Lee Cockrell, whose dogs injured a 9-year-old boy, has been sentenced to 35 years and fined $10,000. Cockrell ignored warnings about his dogs chasing livestock, injuring horses and killing a neighbor’s dog. He was arrested last year and convicted Thursday by a Bowie County jury
