Starting tomorrow, road crews will be busy at the eastbound I-30 to southbound I-369/US 59 interchange from 8 PM to 6 AM. . During this time, expect the closure of eastbound I-30 Exit 220A (I-369/US 59) and the outer lane of I-30 eastbound. If you need to access I-369/US 59 south, simply take Exit 219 and follow the frontage road. This overnight work aims for completion within one night, though bad weather or unforeseen issues might cause delays or changes to the schedule.

Starting Friday, May 17, the eastbound entrance ramp between Summerhill Road/FM 1397 and Stateline Avenue/US 71 will be shut down. To access eastbound I-30, use the frontage road to State Line Ave., proceed through the traffic signal, then merge onto the eastbound I-30 lanes between State Line Ave. and Jefferson Ave. This project is anticipated to last for two weeks, with possible delays due to inclement weather or unforeseen issues.

Ongoing work includes improvements at eastbound I-30 Exit 223 (US 71/US 59/State Line Ave.) and along the frontage road. Motorists needing to reach US 71/US 59/State Line should utilize Exit 222 and stick to the frontage road.

Drivers are advised to keep an eye out for traffic control signs and allocate extra time for potential delays during their daily commutes. Remember, the I-30 Frontage Road system allows continuous travel eastbound from FM 989/Kings Highway to US 71/Stateline and westbound from US 71/Stateline to FM 989/Kings Highway without encountering traffic signals.
