In addition to having yesterday off for Martin Luther King day, students will have a second day off because of the weather. Schools in the TASD, TISD, New Boston, Ashdown, Atlanta, Fouke, Hope, Liberty Eylau, Pleasant Grove, Leary, Hooks and Redwater districts as well as the University of Hope-Texarkana are closed today. Texarkana College and Texas A&M-Texarkana will switch to online and r emote learning through Friday and the Bowie and Hempstead county courthouses will remain closed today. Yesterdays Martin Luther King Day parade will be rescheduled.
