A 31-year-old Texarkana woman is missing after reportedly giving a man a ride. Chelsey Naron was last seen speaking with a short light-skinned Black man with dreadlocks Sunday evening near her apartment on South Beech Street. Naron is 5’6” tall, weighs around 100 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes. She was driving a white Toyota Solara with Arkansas license plate AKX42W. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call TAPD at 903-798-3154.
