The Texarkana Texas City Council held a public hearing Monday and approved a request from Sterno, giving the maker of canned, jellied alcohol incentives up to $450,000. The funds from the city’s business incentive program will allow Sterno to transfer about 100 jobs from Memphis to Texarkana.
