Police on the Arkansas side have issued a warrant for a man wanted in connection with the disappearance of a woman two weeks ago. Chelsey Naron was reportedly having trouble getting her car started on October 1st; the suspect offered to help her, then asked for a ride. She was found safe five days later. Kevin Cordarel Christopher is wanted for first-degree battery, kidnapping and theft. He is African-American, 5′10 and weighs around 175 pounds.
