Cesar Olalde, a Nash Texas, teenager accused of killing his family in May has had his court case reset for January. He was in court Monday with his attorney, Public Defender Jeff Harrelson.
Olalde has been indicted on charges of capital murder of multiple persons and capital murder of a child under 10. He pleaded not guilty at a previous hearing and remains in the Bi-State Detention Center on a $10 million bail.
Punishment for capital murder in Texas is either the death penalty or life in prison without parole. Prosecutors in Bowie County have not yet announced if they will seek the death penalty for Olalde.
