Nine people have already been arrested for the theft of nine pallets and nearly 600 items from Amazon that were mis-delivered to the wrong address in September. Now TTPD detectives are looking for a tenth suspect. A felony theft warrant has been issued for 37 year old Willie Gulley; anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call Texarkana Texas Police at 903-798-3116.
