The TexAmericas Center, home to the third-largest industrial park in the U.S., has announced the qualification of two new sites for development. Officials say these areas will attract new tenants and create high-quality jobs in the community.
The DataHub Park is designed for small-scale data centers, while the Innovative Technology Center will cater to light manufacturing in the tech sector. Both are part of a 556-acre area on the West Campus.
TexAmericas recently completed a 150,000-square-foot speculative building and offers various leasing and construction options to prospective tenants.
