The board of Texarkana, Arkansas has recommended banning fireworks for minors. Several TAPD officers were injured during a Fourth of July celebration in 2022 so the department asked the city to make it illegal for a person under the age of 18 to have fireworks in their possession. The motion passed at last night’s meeting.
