The Texarkana Arkansas Police Department are seeking to locate Kahim Webster and Keyvuntae J. Featherson on a felony warrant.
Kahim is a 19 year old black male 6 feet tall and 160 pounds with black air and brown eyes. He is wanted for murder in the 1st degree. And terroristic acts.
Keyvuntae is a 21 year old black male 6 feet 2 inches tall and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He is wanted on failure to comply with sex offender registration and requirements.
They encourage anyone with a felony warrant to turn themselves in to the police department and allow these situations to be handled in court.
