Texarkana Arkansas Police officers responded to a report of shots being fired at 1804 East 9th Street, at approximately 8:49 p.m. on Monday evening. TAPD officers arrived at the scene and located two male subjects with apparent gunshot wounds. TAPD officers along with fire and emergency personnel applied life-saving medical measures, and both subjects have been transported to area hospitals for treatment. TAPD Criminal Investigation Division detectives are on scene, and we ask that everyone avoid the area.
