Texarkana Chamber Appoints First Female CEO and President

Robin Hickerson has been appointed as the first female CEO and president of the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce. She will succeed Denis Washington, who will assist during the transition until his retirement in October. Hickerson, with a background in education, administration, fundraising, and community service, will collaborate with ARTEX REDI on economic development. Her tenure begins on September 3
