Jaylon Carroll, 26, of Texarkana, is facing serious stalking charges after allegedly harassing a former girlfriend. He is accused of making constant calls from multiple numbers, following her, and throwing a cup of semen on her at her workplace.

Carroll was first arrested in November after the workplace incident. His ex-girlfriend reported receiving over 100 texts from 40 different numbers in August and September. Despite being released on a $30,000 bond with a GPS monitor, Carroll continued his alleged harassment.

In April, the woman saw Carroll’s car at two different Walmart locations. GPS data confirmed Carroll’s presence at these locations and near her home, leading to his second arrest in May. Carroll has been held without bond since then.

If convicted, Carroll faces two to ten years in prison for each of the two stalking charges. He is represented by lawyer John Delk, while First Assistant District Attorney Kelley Crisp and Assistant District Attorney Dawson McGonagill are prosecuting the case.
