In a joint operation between Texarkana Texas Police Department and the Texas Department of Public Safety, Rodney Jeral Lindley, 41, was arrested Thursday morning after receiving information about where he was hiding in the city.
Lindley was wanted for the Sept. 13 murder of 30-year-old Mercedes Young.
Lindley was booked into Bi-State Detention Center on Thursday. Bail had not been set as of Thursday afternoon.
