Texarkana Sports and League Manager Ross Cowling says investments in local parks will improve residents’ quality of life and attract more visitors to the area.
“These upgrades will help us bring in more tournaments, boosting tourism dollars and benefiting local restaurants and hotels,” Cowling said.
The projects, funded by the 2023 bond and city general fund, are set to be completed by mid-March.
