Texarkana’s first baby of 2024 is Izzabella Lansdell. Parents Jacquelynn and Dusty Lansdell welcomed her at 12:11 Monday morning at Christus St. Michael hospital. Wadley Regional Medical Center reported its first birth of the new year, Kylia Alise, about 9 hours later.
