The Texarkana Arkansas Police are seeking assistance in locating Robert Bickerstaff, Heather Plumley, and Jarel Giles, who are wanted on felony warrants.
Robert Bickerstaff is wanted for forgery 1st degree.
Heather Plumley is wanted for forgery 2nd degree.
Jarel Giles is wanted for aggravated assault n a family or household member
The police department urges anyone with a felony warrant to surrender to authorities so these matters can be addressed through the judicial system.
