Third Man In Custody For Fatal March Shooting

A fourth suspect, Tamarion McCoy, 19 is the only one of the four who still remains at large.

A third man has been taken into custody in connection with a March 19th shooting in Texarkana, Ark. that left one man dead and a 6-year-old boy suffering from a gunshot wound to the leg.

Christopher Leroy Tyler, 29, was booked into the Miller County jail on Thanksgiving Day on a litany of charges, including murder, stemming from the March 19th Incident.  A fourth suspect, Tamarion McCoy, 19 is the only one of the four who still remains at large.

Tyler is being held on a $750,000 bond, and is facing a motion to revoke felony probation that he began serving in Miller County in 2021.
