TTPD reminds drivers to not leave their cars running and unattended. Whether it’s in the driveway or at a convenience store, lock your car doors, take the keys and hide your stuff. Of the 94 vehicles stolen last year in the city, many had keys left in the ignition. Especially in cold weather the exhaust from an idling car attracts car thieves.
