Texarkana Texas police are asking for help in finding two people who threw a dog over a bridge onto I-30. The four-year old female pitbull mix, named Miracle, survived the fall but suffered injuries including a broken leg and bruised lungs. She is being cared for in Atlanta. TTPD was tipped that two Caucasians, one wearing a yellow raincoat, had thrown the dog off the Stateline overpass on January 5th.
